The farm - Y fferm

Terry, Jane and family run Teile as part of their traditional hill organic beef and sheep farm. Suckler beef, grass reared as part of the farm's pedigree Limousin herd, is produced all year round both for the restaurant, local butchers as well as the organic ranges within the super market chains.
Combining a flock of Poll Dorset (known for their year round breeding capability) and Lleyn (A Welsh breed renouned for their meat quality) sheep generates a year round supply of lamb for the table- and those lambs not destined for the Teile dinner table, are bought by Sainsburys, as part of their taste the difference range.
