To start-

Homemade Soup with freshly baked bread roll and butter

Rich game terrine with beetroot chutney

Prawns with crème fraîche filo tartlets

Trio of melon with fresh berries

Rabbit Caesar salad

Smoked Duck with Blackberry liquor dressing


Main courses-

Beef Carpaccio (local rump steak in a creamy peppery sauce) served with beetroot and rocket salad

Local Lamb Shank in Rich Wine and Redcurrant Sauce

Home reared, Bwlchllan Pork Loin Chop with Black pudding (optional) served with Honey Mustard Sauce

Spatchcocked Poussin served on a mixed herb salad

Venison served in a Port and Red Wine Sauce

Duck Breast with either Penderyn Orange or Brandied Blackcurrant Sauce

Poached Salmon Fillet with Watercress Cream

Caramelised Red Onion and Feta Tart served with Beetroot and rocket salad


(All served with Traditional winter vegetables, dauphinoise potatoes or chips)
